On April 5, 2024, Nepalese Ambassador to China, Bishnu ▪ His Excellency Schlestadt warmly received and met with Chairman Yu Jingshan and Secretary General Yu Xin of the Lumbini Buddha Holy Land Construction Charity Foundation (Hong Kong) at the embassy.
Firstly, Bishnu ▪ Ambassador Schresta welcomes the Chairman's delegation's invited visit. Subsequently, Chairman Yu briefly introduced to His Excellency the Ambassador the large-scale cultural and tourism commercial projects that our association plans to develop and construct in Lumbini, Nepal, including the Buddha Peace Square (Shakyamuni Ancestral Court) and the Lumbini Buddhist Cultural and Economic Zone, as well as the progress of this project.
Bishnu ▪ Ambassador Schresta listened carefully to Chairman Yu's introduction to the project and greatly appreciated and affirmed the project's conceptual planning and innovative model. Your Excellency the Ambassador stated that Nepal will definitely do a good job in service coordination and facilitate the early landing of the project. We welcome and thank the Lumbini Buddha Holy Land Construction Charity Foundation (Hong Kong) and Chairman Yu for their interest in investing and developing in Lumbini, Nepal.
▪ Ambassador Schlestadt presented the refined Blue Vinaya Buddha Ancestral Shrine to our organization and took a group photo as a souvenir. Both sides ended the meeting in a happy and relaxed atmosphere.
